Developing talent

From onboarding to team lead: learn the trade, build skills, and grow in the field.

Careers

In a service business, skill is not acquired in a classroom. It is acquired on a specific site, with its surfaces, its occupancy hours, its access rules and its instructions. Our approach to training starts there: what someone needs to be able to do on their first shift, and then what will let them widen their role.

GSF Canada combines three levels. The first is supervised learning in the field, led by a manager or an experienced colleague. The second is structured training on methods, products and applicable safety instructions. The third is Université GSF Canada, our online learning platform.
