Our services

Four families for Quebec and, where contracts apply, Ontario buildings: cleaning, technical services, associated services, and multiservices when several trades meet on one site. Scope is defined with you.

Where we stand

GSF Canada does not try to do everything. We present four service families, and we present them as they actually exist in the field: commercial cleaning as the core trade, building-related technical support within a written scope, clearly bounded grounds and seasonal services, and a coordination offer when several of those families meet on the same building. What does not appear on this site is not an omission: it is a choice. We would rather advertise less and hold it than widen a catalogue our operations could not follow.

  • Four families we stand behind — no catalogue beyond what we operate
  • A written scope per site, rather than a general promise of service
  • Teams supervised out of Laval and Québec City, with local coordination in Ontario where mandates apply
  • No certification, timing guarantee, or unverified indicator published here

Our approach

We start from your site — occupancy, schedules, seasons, and priorities — then frame scope with you. Teams are supervised close to your buildings; standards are clarified at kickoff. When several families work the same site, multiservices aligns priorities and contacts.

In practice, that means a building is read before it is priced: where occupants enter, which zones degrade fastest, which intervention windows are genuinely available, which border zones currently belong to no one. From that reading come a written standard per zone and a plan that follows real occupancy rather than a theoretical calendar. The plan then lives with the building: seasons, reconfigurations, and occupancy changes become adjustments agreed with you — never an implicit widening of scope.

Services rooted in your sector

Commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail, aerospace, or infrastructure: operating context changes priorities. Explore the environment that matches your building — always within the agreement.
