Recruitment

Information submitted as part of your application will then be provided through that platform rather than through the website’s general contact forms.

The site is hosted via Vercel. Hosting-related processing may take place outside Quebec or Canada depending on the provider’s architecture. Applicable contractual safeguards will be confirmed; do not assume a blanket ban on processing outside Canada.
Retention
Commercial inquiries (contact, prospects, Multiservices): 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, then secure deletion unless continued retention is required by law, contract, litigation, or another valid operational obligation. Requests submitted through the website forms are handled by email to ventes@gsf-canada.com (no lead database on the website). Quote requests: 24 months after the request is closed, declined, or abandoned; if the prospect becomes a client, move the information into the applicable client/contract retention schedule (do not keep treating it as a simple lead). Consent preferences: event-based retention (until the user changes or withdraws consent, clears browser storage, or GSF makes a material consent/version change and re-prompts) — no arbitrary annual TTL. Technical logs required for operation, security and troubleshooting are retained temporarily by our hosting provider according to its applicable technical retention periods. Analytics, advertising, and off-site applications: not active / out of current scope — retention to be set before enablement.
